50% partner wanted or buy entire restaurant

(4AM liquor license) SCI-FI BAR/COMIC BOOK/ RESTAURANT FOR SALE OR SEEKING 50% BUSINESS PARTNER $175k.

Shark tank show in 2028. It can be done with the right open minded partner with the same vision. I made it to the second round of the tv show in 2015 and 2016 (fourth round is the actual show. I beat out 600 candidates both years. The restaurant concept impressed the casting director).

A 4am liquor license is near impossible to get in NYC now. All new liquor license have times up to 12am everyday now.

Super Action Burger is ”America’s only sci-fi bar, comic book and free retro video game themed restaurant.” We’ve been in business for the past 14 years.  Super Action Burger is the Dave and Busters of retro video games. The goal is to turn super Action Burger into Sci-fi/sports bar, comic book and free retro video game themed family restaurant. Sport games at every table, retro games and birthday party headquarters.

Super Action Burger is about “Remembering your 80s and 90s childhood with Nostalgia, action figures, TV shows, movies & over 50k of free retro video games”.  The theme switched after pandemic to remembering child hood memories to bring in multiple generations of clients.

I’m Vlane the owner and also a published author.  I wrote 6 sci-fi novels and 1 comic called “BIO-Sapien series”.

I implemented my own characters into the restaurant’s theme, since using Marvel and D.C. characters would be illegal. I have several future sci-fi series to write to use with the restaurant.  With A.I. becoming so powerful, I want to turn my previous series and future series into movie clips and merge the concept with the restaurant.   I can create a comic about the restaurant and merge into my own series. Something never done before and I already started this online:

We were on the food network show Mystery Diner season 11 episode 6, producers were looking for a comic book themed restaurant with its own super hero characters and we were the only one in the country.

https://actionburger.com/action-burger-is-on-mystery-diners/

We also made it to the second round of the tv show Shark Tank in 2015 and 2016 (didn’t make it onto the show).  I know what’s needed to make it onto the show. The producers of the show want to see 2+ restaurants (chain or franchised) or 2-3+ food trucks. The producers of the show want a multi profitable restaurant.

I’m looking for a partner because the restaurant has a lot of potential. The problem now is myself and my wife are running the restaurant ourselves. We don’t have time to do over 20 things to make the restaurant very profitable again.  I want the restaurant to be the Dave and Busters of retro video games.

Think about this for the next Super Action Burger in a place like central New Jersey, Las Vegas, Florida, Pa or California near big colleges. A bar/restaurant with a downstairs and upstairs. Ground level, you can eat and play video games at every table and watch sports games. Upstairs has more video games, but party areas, for dancing, clubbing and drinking. Led lights everywhere and super hero statues around the restaurant. A nostalgia train going around the entire restaurant. Photo booths for people to take photos with. Anyone with a birthday within 50 miles will come for their special event. Super hero movies playing on all the big screens and sports games. We can bring back super hero weddings (where people get married in super hero outfits). There is alot of money to be made with this restaurant. I have the plan to make it happen with the right open minded partner.

Here is a video of the restaurant:

Property / location Highlights:

-2000 Square feet – Corner location in Williamsburg Brooklyn NY.

– 40-50 person seating.

– $6000 a month rent. Lease good for 5 more years and can be easily extended with landlord.

– Optional outdoor seating for 16-20 people.

– 13 years full liquor license (liquor, beer and wine) with 0 violations, can open 7 days a week till 4am selling alcohol.

 – Built out L.E.D.  marble bar – L.E.D. Tables and chairs. Led clouds on ceilings and walls.

– LED tables and chairs. LED cloud ceilings and walls. Modded Video game systems at every table.  95% of all the retro games & retro systems that ever came out.

– Full Kitchen 8’ x 16’– 1 Grill, two deep fryers, microwave, deli toppings fridge, 3 kitchen tables, 3 compartment sink, hand sink, new commercial fridge and freezer.

– “A” grade from health department for the past 14 years.

– Full basement – huge walk in- fridge 8’x8’, 4 freezers, soda gun system and full ice machine.

– 1 cash kiosk and 2 CC kiosk to reduce labor.  No need for a cashier.  Customers order here, exactly how McDonald’s customers order. Most customers are trained to order at kiosk and then go play the free video games. This system helps a lot when its busy and keeps the labor down.

– Reduced staff to just 2-3 people to run a 40–50-person restaurant.  1 Cook/prep person. 1 Bartender/Manager/server, this system has been working for the past 5 years.  Deliveries are outsourced to third party. Busboy, waiter, server and dish washer are not needed.   When it’s super busy, a third person can assist. Currently running restaurant at 0 labor, just me and my wife. One person can run restaurant when its slow. I’ve done it myself in the past.

In this ad, I’m looking for one of two things:

  1. To sell the entire restaurant 100% ownership to someone with liquor license $400k.  100% RESTAURANT FOR SALE – $400k. Comes with 4am liquor license that doesn’t need to be renewed until October 2027.  You can keep the same name to restaurant and keep all the equipment.  I’m not in a rush to sell the entire restaurant. I prefer to find a partner first.  Two-three owners are needed for a restaurant like this.

2. Looking for a 50% partner to expand the brand/restaurant to the next level. I know how to do it I just need a partner to see the same vision to do it together.  We can restaurant chain, franchise and food truck in the future. In 1-3 years, we can try out for the tv show Shark Tank “again”.  If you’re serious please fully read this entire ad to fully understand the business situation and future possibilities.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I’ll explain how in details below.  This is the only type of restaurant in existence. We sell mostly burger and wings, but our theme and concept are what separates us. Table and space reservations for birthdays and private parties was where the restaurant was most profitable, before pandemic.  New marketing campaigns can help with this.  The restaurant needs a partner/investor to make it profitable again and to expand. I’ll explain in details 25 things a partner and I can do to make the restaurant highly profitable again and to franchise/chain.

S.A.B. Super Action Burger is the Dave and Busters of retro games, food and drinks.  S.A.B. is a prototype restaurant that has been test marketing: dozens of modded video game systems (modded systems means 100s-1000s of games on one hard drive, for example Xbox has 800 games in 1, using a 2tb hard drive, no need for game disc, this required years of research and testing with customers), exotic burgers (bestselling Mac and cheese bacon burger), mind boggling wings (with one-of-a-kind sauces), virgin milkshakes, liquor milkshakes and liquor slushies. It’s ready for franchising.

Think about this for the future at another location: a bar/club restaurant, with retro video games & sport games on all the televisions.  A large space for birthday parties and private events. A family restaurant during the day and bar/club for adults at night. Retro games for all ages and gives customers a lot of options.  In the suburbs the restaurant would be a gold mine.

S.A.B. is the only restaurant in America with its own published 6 science fiction novels and comic book series. Sandwich names are named after characters in the book series. I have several future novel series to implement into the restaurant theme, with new characters and food names. “Bellona” is the next 15 novel series, with the first book due out in 2027 (see photo attached).

What is the restaurant about?  Take a look at our Facebook, Tiktok and Instragram pages. Look at the post and comments from followers.

https://www.instagram.com/superactionburger

https://www.facebook.com/superactionburger/videos/601789619649532

The free video games help the restaurant overall.  When it’s busy most customers aren’t concerned about how long the food is taking, because they are either playing video games or watching a movie or sports on the restaurant screens.  This keeps the customers happy and remembering their childhood.  Customers like the option of something being free. Free also avoids with any possible legal issues with video game companies.

We make money on tables, bar area and entire restaurant reservations. Customers reserve a specific location for 3 hour minimum and that ranges from $30-$1000.   Before covid, this was where most of the profits to restaurant came from. Currently reservation sales are down.

50% BUSINESS PARTNER WANTED FOR $175K.

Seeking an open minded, visionary, business owner that can see the potential for future expansion and franchising.  Restaurant experience a plus, but not required. The goal is to turn Super Action Burger into the retro video games version of Dave and Busters.  A partner open to creating the first free video games food truck (customers order and play video games on the side of the food truck; I already have the designs). Also, in the future possibly taking the restaurant onto the t.v. show shark tank again and possible reaching out to Marvel or D.C for a comic themed restaurant (they currently don’t have). If you don’t know anything about restaurants, I can train you.  In 2012, I didn’t know anything about running a restaurant, I did I.T. networking computers before the restaurant, my ex-business partner trained me for 4 months to learn the ins and outs, so anyone can learn.

ABOUT ME:

I’m an: author, art director, animation director (I directed video below), marketing manager, and business owner. I’m visionary, open minded, logical, excellent problem solver and an “ideas” person.  I work well with people with good business sense, can come up with good ideas

I worked 10 years at a hospital in Brooklyn as a networking system support analyst. The I.T. background helped a lot with building the modded retro systems. I believe any problem can be solved with experience and logic.  Writing my previous sci-fi book series was like using 90% of my brain to achieve 6 novels and a comic book. Running a restaurant, the past 13 years was like using 20% of my brain. I encourage any interested partner to check out my BIO-Sapiens book series to get an idea on my thinking and writing. See how I implemented restaurant ads at the end of each chapter of the novel. Or at least check out the book reviews, prologue and artwork music video on YouTube:

I want to turn each illustration from the video into an A.I. movie scene. Then I want to merge those movie scenes with the restaurant.  A cross promotion never tried before.

BIO-SAPIEN SERIES

BIO-Sapien was published by VC Imagination Factory in 2011 and republished in 2014. It’s about: “A teenager who discovers a UFO upstate, travels to the Andromeda galaxy where he is BIO-engineered sent back to Earth to stop an alien invasion”.

The professional book reviews tell the quality of the series:

http://bio-sapien.com/book-reviews/

The published sci-fi series helped the restaurant in many ways in the past. We had a booth at the comic con and had our star character Bellona dress up with a sword and walk around handing out fliers. With her new book series coming out next year:

Customers used to purchase the novels and comics at the restaurant and take short quizzes for free food/drinks.  The novel series allowed cross promotion. After each chapter of the novel and comics was an ad to the restaurant.  At book events and comic cons, we used to promote the restaurant and the book series. School kids were able to download the eBook for free, take a quiz at the restaurant and get a free order of fries. It helped the restaurant out a lot.  I used to also speak at career days at high schools to promote the restaurant.

The reason the sales are down with the novel series is most readers are females. Most men play video games or only care about comic books. Unknown male lead characters in books don’t do well in series. Female leads in sci-fi/fantasy books and movies is what sells the most over the past 15 years. Look at these female lead movies: hunger games franchise, vampire series, captain Marvel, latest Black panther, black widow and many more. That’s why my new series I’ve been working on for the past 10 years called “Bellona” will be a game changer. The mystery diner’s episode I was in, used this character in a costume and a lot of young women could relate to her. She used to give out fliers at comic con and other events in the past. She’s a character that can help boost sales with the restaurant. I designed her series as a prequel to the BIO-Sapien series, they will piggy back off each other in the future. When her first two books come out and I use the powers of A.I., the restaurant will be unstoppable with new surges in business.

A.I. & S.A.B, BIO-Sapien and Bellona.

This is the future. I figured out secrets (that no one tried yet) to using A.I. with the restaurant and my book series. Here is my latest A.I. generated video using other characters with the restaurant: https://www.instagram.com/p/DP3FDvOjJ1V/

Now A.I. can create videos from a photo (my 60+ copyright illustrations).  A.I. can take an old animation and turn it into a movie clip.  Using my art & animation direction skills, I already started making A.I. clips. Now is the time for the series and restaurant to make a comeback using this amazing new technology. A.I. can turn a novel into a screenplay. From a screen play to a movie. A.I. has the power to allow anyone to create their own movies. We are talking about at least over 100k minimum in views. Each video will hashtag the restaurant and book series. I can revise the old ads in the books to new ones.

I want to start on this stuff asap, but I need time away from being an employee.

HISTORY OF RESTAURANT FROM ACTION BURGER TO SUPER ACTION BURGER.

“At Action Burger, you can choose to eat like a villain or hero. Villain food is fried foods, milkshakes and beef burgers. Hero food is grilled chicken, turkey burgers, veggie burgers and salads.” This was our original motto back in 2012. It worked well for a while, its just most people eat like a villain and hero food was hard to keep on the menu.

Hero ups is cheese and power up are toppings.

Super Action Burger used to be called Action Burger, but I changed the name in 2024 due to trademark conflicts with the name.   I’m going to explain the history and the situation to where the restaurant is now.  I took over a former diner back in 2012 with ex business partner Steve.  I was originally supposed to have been the silent partner focusing on marketing, branding and getting customers to the restaurant. Steve was the big comic book nerd and was the manager running the day to day of the restaurant. I was the sci-fi guy.  This work well for 6 months, especially with the Comic con event in October 2012. I had a booth there and we had lines at the door of the restaurant. Business was booming until the winter came, January 2013 and business dropped a lot.  The problem was local customers didn’t know we existed since we were new to the area.  Previously in the fall most customers were from out of the area. The restaurant was going into the red. We had too many employees and not enough business. Steve didn’t want to put fliers’ door to door and didn’t care much the restaurant was losing money, he just cared about his paycheck.  He was a sweat equity partner. I learned that when people don’t use their own money, they don’t care about working hard. Long story short, I had to take over the day to day, spring 2013.  Summer 2013, I bought Steve out and focused more on retro video game systems.  I learned everything about the restaurant, then I studied food and video games. The same creativity I used for my novels, I used to design the wing sauces, all the exotic burgers, liquor drinks and virgin milkshakes.

Exotic burgers example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6v0lIeRa8o

I wanted unique food and drinks no other business had. Business was going so well, I had 5 employees and a manager. I worked on business marketing, had burger challenges, monthly video game tournaments and was able to pull off going on national tv on the food network show Mystery Diners

I expanded the restaurant and took over the two garage spaces behind restaurant in 2017. Restaurant was making 100k-150k profit a year. I was able to successfully bring in new business while staff ran the day to day. This is what i want to do again.

I was working on franchising the restaurant in 2019 until covid hit in 2020.  I had to lay off all my staff and run the restaurant by myself with the help of new technology kiosk to take the orders for walk in customers. During covid, I was prepping/cooking the food, making deliveries myself 7 days a week until 4 in the morning. I was able to cover all my expenses and learned ways to reduce labor.

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS:

First problem is myself and my wife need to be replaced with a line cook and bartender/server.  We don’t have time for dozens of other projects to help the restaurant to make a profit.  Currently we are opened Sun/Wed/Thurs 4pm-1am, Fri & Sat 4pm-3am.  Before covid (2013-2019) the restaurant was profiting 100k-200k a year.  We were opened 7 days a week, 1pm-4am.  We had 5-7 employees back then and of course labor $$ was 75% less than what it is now. I had time to market the restaurant at different events like the Comic Cons, Brooklyn Book Expo, Book Expo, and Long Island retro expo. I went to high school career days around the city.   I had time to work on my sci-fi novels and comic books to sell at and promote the restaurant.

I launched “Free food for reading”. Customers would download the BIO-Sapien eBook online, take a quiz at the restaurant and get a free order of fries.  I had time to go on the food network tv show Mystery Diners season 11 episode 6 (The producers were looking for a comic book themed restaurant with its own super hero characters, and my restaurant was the only one in the world).

https://actionburger.com/action-burger-is-on-mystery-diners

Before the pandemic and when I had employees, I had time to design/ test new foods and drinks.  I had time to research and test new modded game systems.  I have a lot of interesting projects to bring in new customers to the restaurant.

Currently sales are down and the restaurant isn’t profitable.  NYC market is challenging with high labor, high rent and high expenses, but the restaurant can become profitable in NYC again with: minor remodeling, heavy social media marketing, branding, new novel/comic series, an A.I. animation series and focused marketing on more birthday/private parties with reservations.  In the future Super Action Burger will do amazing in suburb areas or anywhere outside of New york city.  Las Vegas, Florida, California near comic con area, south New Jersey, Long Island and White plains NY are good places for future expansion.

There is another new competition business that tried to copy our concept called 8-bit, they franchised really quick with partners over the past 3 years.  They have at least 10% of retro games and systems compared to us, we have about 95% of all retro games and systems.  They don’t have liquor, we do. They don’t have birthday party reservations, but we do. Their restaurant sizes are much smaller, but they are well branded with their equipment. They have franchised their concept at a high rate, at least 10 stores and we can do the same but 1000% better. I’ve had many customers over the years complain about all the things they are missing and how much better S.A.B is. Check them out: https://www.8bitbitesbk.com/

20 STRATEGIES TO BECOME PROFITABLE WITH A PARTNER –

Unlike other failed restaurants that don’t have a clue on how to fix the business and need someone to take over 100%, I know what needs to be done to fix the restaurant.  I will explain in details so anyone with an open business mind could see the potential for this unique investment.  Here I will talk about 20 strategies I want to implement with a 50% partner:

  1. SLOWLY REMOVE MYSELF AND WIFE AS EMPLOYEES.  Depending on the investment, there are several options for this.  First hire an experienced cook at normal line cook pay to train to replace my wife.  My wife can work the front as bartender/server and replace me.  I can start working on business strategies mentioned below.  When the employees replace us, we can supervise as managers when restaurant gets busy. We will be on standby at the restaurant, while working other projects mentioned below. The new partner can also learn the basics of the restaurant for emergency replacements.  What I learned over the years, is owners should learn everything about the restaurant, because you never know what could happen in the future.  Since covid, it’s been hard to maintain quality employees in NYC.  They have a lot of entitlements and poor work ethics.  So, all owners should know their jobs just incase there is a problem with an employee.
  • 2. USE A.I. (SORA 3) TO CREATE 100S OF VIDEOS FOR S.A.B. AND BIO-SAPIEN SERIES.  On our social media pages, I already started using A.I. to combine SAB character with spiderman breakdancing in front of restaurant. The Avengers having a drink at the bar.  This has never been tried before. I want to create clips in the future of my book characters fighting Marvel characters.   I want to create dozens of videos from the 50+ illustrations from the BIO-Sapien series.

See our latest animation videos on the Instagram page:

https://www.instagram.com/superactionburger

https://www.instagram.com/biosapien_series

  • 3. “HISTORY OF RETRO VIDEO GAMES WITH BIG V AND LITTLE PAM AT SAB.” In 2022 my wife and I came up with an idea to play 100s of retro video games together at the restaurant and record it for social media. I was going to talk about my child hood of playing retro arcade video games back in the 1980s and where I was when I played them.  Promote the restaurant’s new theme of remembering your 80s/90s childhood with nostalgia and retro video games. I already bought the equipment, but never used it.

I bought history books of retro games and I was going to quote the history of each game played like a history class. No one thought of this idea yet and it would work well on the older generation who played many of these same game systems as a teenager/child.  We want older adults to bring their kids to restaurant and tell them “I used to play this at your age, this was my favorite. Let’s play together.” This is what we look for when two generations bond at the restaurant.

  • 4. “COOKING WITH LITTLE PAM AT SAB.” My wife was going to cook different burgers in the kitchen and show how it’s made.  We would video tape the complicated sandwiches and meals for social media, to show how food is made.   Then she was going to try them out for the first time.  I was going to ask questions while she ate it. We will film when restaurant was closed.

Social media loves a female cooking food in the kitchen.

  • 5. MONTHLY VIDEO GAME TOURNAMENTS – Super smash, Marvel vs Capcom, Mortal Kombat and street fighter 2.  Live stream and give prizes for winners.  There is always a demand for video game tournaments.  I joined the tournaments in the past for Marvel vs capcom, MK2 and street fighter 2.

Tournaments in the past:

  • 6. BRING BACK TORAGON BURGER CHALLENGES – Customers were able to order huge monster burgers and try to finish in 30 minutes.  Challenges used to be videotaped and posted to social media.  If customers beat the hardest challenge then their meal would be free.  Easier challenges customers get their name on the wall and coupons.  This was fun and customers loved this.  Burger challenges of the past:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEXLjvJ3Dys
  • 7. SELLING TRADEMARK ACTION FIGURES, COLORING BOOKS, TEE SHIRTS, COMICS, SCI-FI NOVELS AT RESTAURANT.  Toragon, Jaden, Bellona are all characters of the BIO-Sapien series, my published series implemented into the restaurant’s theme. These toys can be created by companies to be sold at restaurant.

Branding with tee shirts and other items can greatly help the restaurant.  I was in the process of creating action figures for Bellona, Toragon and Jaden, but covid stopped that process. No other restaurant has its own action figures, coloring books and novels.

  • 8. FREE FOOD/DRINKS FOR READING – I started this back in 2016. Customers could download the first BIO-Sapien eBook from online, read it, answer a quiz at restaurant and get a free order of fries.  News media was interested in this idea.  It will help promote the restaurant in a positive way.  Over 30 customers were given free fries.

Local schools loved this idea and kids from schools would read the books online and come to restaurant on school trips.

I also had a BIO-Sapien membership card, for customers who finished all 6 novels and took a quiz at the restaurant.  The membership had deep discounts on foods, like anytime happy hour and free fries with any specialty sandwich.

This free food for reading can be restarted now and when the next book Bellona series comes out.

I also want to bring back the “BIO-Sapien exam”. I would offer a free PS5 game system for the first person who scores a 100% on the exam. The exam would be so hard, that I would need to study to recreate it. It would have over 100 questions of specific details of all 6 novels and comic book. They would need to know all the definitions and facts, just like hard core Star War fans know.  When the new book series comes out, that would be in the exam also. No one has ever gotten close, but many tried.

  • 9. OPENING 7 DAYS A WEEK. Opening 7 days a week, would help the business and bring back customers who used to visit on Monday and Tuesday.  Labor would go up, since more employees would be needed, but the increased business should cover it. Serving liquor till 4am will also help a lot since most businesses can only serve till 12am or 2am.

10. SPORT GAMES AT EVERY TABLE – I wanted to run this idea by partner. We can add sports games at each table and customers can watch what they want at any time. Ruko boxes and other technology can allow games to be played on the same screens the retro game systems are on. This is experimental, but can work to bring in more sports fans to the restaurant.  Giants, Yankees, Jets, Nets, Knicks and Mets can be easily added to the screens at restaurant to get more sports and retro video fans.

11. OUTDOOR SEATING – 4-5 benches can be added to outside the restaurant, since we are on a corner.  Apply for permit if needed. I have an idea to add removable tv screens to all the outdoor tables, that customers can play video games on and watch their favorite sports team. Outdoor seating might require an additional employee when its busy. Tables with bench should be able to fold up at night, so people can’t sit on when closed. We can start off with a few tables and see how it goes.

12. BUILD A TRAIN SET AROUND THE RESTAURANT – I wanted to do this 5 years ago, but didn’t have the finances. The train would be built near the ceiling and travel around the entire restaurant and go outside like the subway. This would keep a nostalgia look, since so many people grew up with electric trains.  There aren’t any businesses currently doing this.  I researched professional train builders in the past and it could be done.

13. HIRE A PROFESSIONAL EATER FROM ONLINE – There are dozens of professional eaters with thousands to millions of followers who would come to restaurant to try out your food for publicity.  We just have to pay them. The professional eater can also try our burger challenges to see if they can win.

14. LIVE STREAMING CUSTOMERS PLAYING RETRO GAMES AT RESTAURANT.   I have one Xbox system that is connected to a mini computer that can live stream the person playing a game at a table. The background has the restaurant’s décor and regular customers walking around in the background. It works and can be added for other games in the future, to show customers having fun at the restaurant.

15. OWNER PLAYS STREET FIGHTER 2 BLINDFOLDED AGAINST CUSTOMERS:

A few years ago, I tested playing street fighter 2 blind folded with a few customers.  It was so funny and customers were shocked I was able to do this.  Its all-muscle memory from the early 1990s. Customers were shocked I was able to do this and still win games. It was fun, but challenging. Someone would need to tell me which side I was on, with opponent, then I would just do dozens of random moves on the joystick.  The sound of the hits would tell me if the move was working.  Think about this publicity “Owner of retro video game themed restaurant SAB plays customers in street fighter blind folded and if you win, you get a free soda”.

That’s an easy 100k+ in views on social media, I’m sure it can get to a million.

16. PHOTO BOOTH FOR CUSTOMERS – Photo booths are cheap, in fact, I plan to purchase one December 2025. They use iPad and customers can take a wide range of video and photos on them with the restaurant in the background.  2 of these would be needed for the bar area and the front of restaurant.

17. USE MORE COMMUNITY CARGOBIKES FOR ADVERTISING IN THE AREA AND OUTSIDE THE AREA –

Currently the restaurant is using 7 cargobikes to: make food delivery, advertise on them and offer free wi-fi/phone charging for the community.  The cargobikes are legally parked mini billboards for advertising.

We just sponsored a “Community information WIFI and free cell phone charging cargobike”.

https://www.instagram.com/cargo_bike_insanity

18. COOKIE SHOT CUPS – There is a company that makes eatable cookie liquor shot cups.

They come frozen and can be used to help the bar with drinks.

19. HAVE MORE EVENTS AT COMIC CONS, BOOK CON, BROOKLYN BOOK EXPO – Get a booth at all these events to promote the restaurant and book series.  I also want to go to the next bar and club expo in Las Vegas every march. They have the latest in technology for restaurants, bars and clubs.  I went in the past and used several ideas for the restaurant.

20. 5K-10K ON NEW MARKETING CAMPAIGNS – New social media marketing for birthday parties, table reservations and private party reservations.

21. PREPARE THE RESTAURANT FOR FRANCHISING – When the restaurant gets organized with business and branded with merchandise, we can start franchising.  The next book series will help sell the franchise restaurants with known characters getting more and more popular on social media.

22. FUTURE: Replace entire kitchen with a robotic kitchen, like this:

23. SUPER ACTION BURGER FOOD TRUCK – I have designs for 2 screens on the side of the food truck with wired or wireless controllers for customers to play retro video games while they wait for their food. Something no other food truck has in America. Cross promote the restaurant and food truck together.

24. REDUCE THE FOOD/DRINK MENU – The food and drink menu has been too big for a while. I was testing over the years what items work and what doesn’t work. So a food truck or other restaurant will have a 60% smaller food and drink menu.

25. HIRE A DJ ON THE WEEKENDS – Find a nice dj that can mix Nintendo jazz, retro music from the 80s and 90s. This would help the restaurant alot and to bring in new crowds.

This concludes my pitch to find a partner for my restaurant.  I’m not in a rush to sell the entire restaurant, I believe a partner can help push the restaurant to the next level. If I can’t find that partner, then I’ll just sell the entire restaurant with the right offer.  You can keep the name and keep the liquor license.

If you’re seriously interested in a partnership, I hope you read and studied this ad. There is a lot to digest to see the value and potential.  I had people interested in franchising the restaurant in the past.

Feel free to ask any questions.

When you reply, please tell me your experience with restaurants or your experience with business. Tell me a little about your background and what you thought of this ad.

Hope to hear from you soon.
